Avalotis Corporation employs a Corporate Safety Manager and Corporate Safety Offices to initiate, implement and enforce Corporate Safety Policies. Avalotis Corporation Safety Department works closely with recognized certified safety professionals and certified industrial hygienists to ensure that our policies and safety practices are current will all OSHA and other appropriate government regulation. Avalotis Corporation has implemented a Safety Awards Program that rewards those individuals with excellent Safety records, based on the number of accident free man-hours worked. In addition, annual awards are give to recognize and reward supervisors who have maintained an exceptional safety record throughout the year. Training is a major element in achieving excellent safety performance. Avalotis Corporation supervisor Training Seminar stresses safety, federal and state regulations, and proper use of safety equipment. All Avalotis Corporation supervisor personnel have received 40 hours of OSHA training, are lead and asbestos certified, and are certified as OSHA competent persons. Our efforts in creating a safe working environment has resulted in an OSHA recordable incident rate less than 45% of the national average for our classification.
